Reasons and Remedies for difficulty in dealing with numerical problems in Physics
Abstract Problem solving is a fundamental skill that is necessary for effective learning. The mathematical problems are well known source of difficulty for students attempting numerical problem solving questions in the field of science education. As I going through my action research based on it, I found that most of the students felt trouble to solve numerical problems in classrooms as well as in exams. Poor mathematical skills may be one of the reason for it. The article study the reasons and remedies for difficulty in dealing with numerical problems in Physics among school students.
